MandiKhata is a record-keeping tool for mandi commission agents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries you make. The app helps you keep records — it does not itself buy, sell, or move money.
You sign in with your Google account, on the Android app and the Windows app. Keep your devices and the app lock secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff (Munim/Helper) you invite and the permissions you grant them.
The first 50 lots of a shop are free, with every feature. After that the shop needs a monthly plan, bought by the owner in the Android app through Google Play; prices are shown in Indian rupees in Google Play before you pay. The plan belongs to the shop, so every staff login and the Windows app use it.
Payments made directly to Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor) by UPI, cards or net banking are processed by Cashfree Payments. See the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
The plan renews every month until you cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). After cancelling, it stays active till the end of the month already paid and is not charged again. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; if you were charged in error, write to us within 7 days and we will help you get it refunded. Your records stay with you when a plan ends.
Do not use MandiKhata for any unlawful purpose or to store data you have no right to store. Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
MandiKhata is a bookkeeping aid. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Please consult your CA or advisor for such matters.
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using MandiKhata and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page.
