Refunds & Cancellations

Applies to MandiKhata Pro, the monthly plan of the MandiKhata app by Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor), Raiganj, West Bengal, India.

What you pay for

The first 50 lots of a shop are free, with every feature. MandiKhata Pro (₹499 a month, price shown in Google Play before you pay, taxes included) adds unlimited lots for the whole shop: every phone, every staff login and the Windows app. It is bought by the shop owner in the Android app through Google Play and renews every month until cancelled.

How to cancel

  1. On the owner's Android phone, open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  2. Choose MandiKhata → Cancel subscription.

The plan stays active till the end of the month already paid and is not charged again. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

  • Payments are handled by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Shortly after a payment you may be able to request a refund from Google directly.
  • We do not refund the unused part of a month after cancelling.
  • If you were charged in error (for example twice for the same month) or the service could not be used because of a fault on our side, write to tapasdutta@outlook.com within 7 days with the Google Play order number. We will refund it through Google Play; the money returns to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
  • Payments made directly to Duttatech Solutions (UPI, cards, net banking) are processed by Cashfree Payments. The same 7-day window applies, and the refund goes to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Your records after a plan ends

Nothing is deleted. You and your staff can still view every lot, record payments, finalize pattis, run reports and close the day; only adding new lots beyond the free 50 is paused until the plan is active again.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and the shop's data at any time; see Delete your account. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it first as above.
